At the end of this trailer was a clip of the new Pikachu short; which incorporates all the eeveelutions, including the newly announced Sylveon. During the trailer Sylveon is shown using a move that appears to open a portal; which then all the eeveelutions join in to do various moves and attacks to make a spectacular display.

This doesn't really give any indication of what type it is; but people are still thinking it might be a new type; such as a Light Type. If they can find a good way to implement this type, it would work well but as Steel and Dark were add to balance the typing out, it would likely have been done by now.
Along with this; right at the end of the trailer, all the eeveelutions were shown in special borders that helped identify their typing. However once again Sylveon's is ambiguous; it is shown in a pink and white egg shaped border with wing like shapes at different points.
Once again it does not really give the fans much to go on but with its name and colour; it could possibly be a normal type, its name may reference a bug type, possibly a dragon type at a push; which a lot of people believed it was originally, and the possibility of it being a new type entirely.
What are your thoughts on this? Do you believe its a new type or just a clever disguise so fans cannot guess?
